Sweetgo is engaged in 100% customer satisfication! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may get your refund when below occision occur.

1. The item is damaged when you receive it.

2. We have sent you a wrong item or any other occision led by our mistake .

3. When you receive the item you found that you dont need it anymore. In this occision, you may afford the return shipping fee.

4. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund for your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as possible when we have received the item back.
